LESSON FAQ’S
CAN I DO A MIXTURE OF ONLINE LESSONS AND IN-PERSON LESSONS?
Yes, I offer online lessons over Zoom, Skype Facetime or Whatsapp, as well as in-person lessons in my London studio. You can also opt to do a mixture of both, I’m flexible.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING TIMES?
I’m available for lessons 7-days a week (Days and Evenings) but before booking your lesson, please get in touch with me to check my availability, and I’ll get back to you straight away.

WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER PLAYED MUSIC BEFORE?
No problem at all – I’m here to help you learn. I’ll tailor your lessons to your current level, and you’ll see your confidence and skills building week by week.
WHAT WILL I DO IN MY FIRST LESSON?
If you’re a beginner, we’ll go through a warm-up and basic technique exercises. We’ll cover rhythm, notation and the foundations of written music. We’ll also get you playing with some real music straight away.
If you already have music experience, I’ll give you feedback on your technique and feel, and help you out with tips and tricks on how to improve.
CAN I STUDY WITH A FRIEND?
Sure! We offer one to two lessons for all instruments. Just find a buddy so you can share the cost.
HOW LONG ARE THE LESSONS?
You can book 30, 45, 60 and 90 minute-long lessons.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY LESSON?
Don’t worry – just give us 48 hours’ notice and we’ll reschedule.
IF I START A DRUM COURSE, DO I NEED TO GET A DRUM KIT STRAIGHT AWAY?
No, not necessarily. You can start off with sticks and a drumming pad for practising your essential rudiments. I’m also happy to offer my advice on choosing equipment.
CAN I PURCHASE A LESSON AS A GIFT?
You can book a group of lessons at an introductory offer as a gift. To do this, just get in touch with me on my contact page.
